We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary network downtime. That’s why we will accomplish all that for you for free!We have professional administrators whose main task is to make certain that your website performs exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on famous web apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are many factors to take into account – the total amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the present workload of our website migration experts, etc. That said, we do try to implement all website migrations within a 48–hour time frame. A: We don’t need any private data. We’ll need, though, the login information for your old web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you’d like to move.

After that, we’ll explain to you how to move the domain over to your web hosting account with us and how to update the DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your website content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform on condition that we can acquire access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only sites that we’re unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
